BRONZE - This entry level package includes customized documentation (quality manual, procedures manual, and required forms). This program also includes an internal auditor training program. (All consulting and training work is performed off site to keep expenses down). Up to 16 hours of virtual Tele-training is included. This is an ideal solution for companies integrating to another quality standard or those who have an experienced quality person who has experience in implementing a system. Includes 6 months of technical support.

SILVER –This solution includes all of the above with the exception of the Tele-training. Instead, we will have one of our own qualified trainers visit you on site for a minimum of 3 days* of comprehensive implementation training. In addition, you will receive an upfront Gap Analysis with written report if necessary and foundation of required records started. Includes up to one year of follow-up technical support. A great starter solution for small organizations on a tight budget.

GOLD - This deluxe package includes everything in the Silver Package and adds an initial on site visit* for information gathering, conducting interviews, and getting better acquainted with your operation. We will train your personnel to conduct internal audits and if time permits assist you in starting an actual audit. In addition, you will receive twice the amount of on site training days broken up into several visits (minimum 6 days). This program is ideal for those who wish to jumpstart the implementation, or lack the resources and time necessary to provide this information.

PLATINUM – Our most popular level of service includes everything in the Gold Package and adds even more on site training (a minimum of 9 days). This program allows time to conduct the internal audit, or at least get a good start on it. We will also review and rewrite up to 5 work instructions, assist you in conducting your Management Review, establish all of your training records. Includes up to two years of technical support. This is by far the most complete solution for medium to large organizations with a number of different departments and personnel or smaller firms that are simply too busy and lack resources and time to implement the system.

PLATINUM PLUS – Our ultimate program includes everything in our Platinum Package as well as a comprehensive on site* Pre-audit or mock audit to verify readiness. (Registrars cannot offer any consulting when conducting a pre-assessment  audit – we can!). Complete with report and assistance to handle any non-conformances.  This is the finest service we can offer and is ideal for busy firms who have few resources or under pressure to become certified without any issues in a short time frame.
