I have not written a letter of recommendation before but I strongly feel it is necessary to do so for Worldwide Quality Network, Inc. (WQN). We (Solid Concepts, Inc.) needed to upgrade from ISO 9001:2000 to AS9100 Certified, and if that wasn’t a big enough job we also had a very tight timeline to make it happen. Our Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions all had to be updated and re-configured which was no small task. WQN handled this very professionally and in a very timely manor. It was extremely obvious that WQN was the right choice to help us achieve our goals. Solid Concepts, Inc. has very unique processes and WQN was open minded and was able to help us conform to AS9100 standards.
